Terms & conditions:​​​

1. All prices quoted are including GST. 

2. Total Minimum commitment over 24 month term is $598.80 (Bronze), $1018.75 (DID), $1018.75 (Gold). 

3. To access this service you must have a NBN connection with Telecom West. 

4. It is a requirement that you pay your bill on the due date via direct debit. 

5. Early termination fee, if you choose to cancel your service or it is disconnected for any reason within the 24 month contract term you will be charged an early termination fee calculated as your contracted monthly access fee multiplied by the months remaining on your contract plus any outstanding charges or hardware fees. 

6. This product or services are not covered by the Customer Service Guarantee Standard. Please refer to our Customer Service Guarantee Policy for details on the CSG Standard. 

7. Please refer to our Standard Form of Agreement for terms of use. 

8. When we supply you with extra hardware on a plan, you will be invoiced up front and separately for all hardware and installation fees. 

9. Timed call charges are charged in 60 second increments. 

10. Dishonoured direct debit payments may incur a charge. 

11. Activation charge is charged per phone number ported. 

12. Extra charge of $20 will be incurred for freight of any hardware where more than 2 devices are purchased. 

13. The broadband speed required for the service will depend largely on your network demands. Data transmission demands on your network may cause the bandwidth available for voice transmission to be limited if voice and data share the same connection. 

14. Additional onsite cabling may be required upon installation in order for this service to work and additional costs may be associated with this. 

15. Acceptable Usage Policy applies. 

16. If for any reason you disconnect your service during the 24 month contract and don't pay outstanding amounts owed on your account with Telecom West within 30 days after disconnection, we reserve the right to block the IMEI on your phone, rendering it useless. We also reserve the right to refer you to a credit agency for debt recovery. 

17. Standard Warranty Information - This service is supplied in accordance with the terms of the Standard Warranty Information. 

18. Any IP phone supplied by customer that is not bought through Telecom West is subject to a $50.00 one off fee to add to our phone network. 

19. Pro installation is available in the Perth metropolitan area for a fee of $125.00 per hour, with amount of hours pre-calculated and invoiced before installation. If you require professional installation outside of this area a fee of $125.00 per hour with a $500-00 travel fee will be charged, with amount of hours pre-calculated and invoiced before installation. 

20. These services require a NL20 MESH modem be purchased from us. Refer to our modems page for choices of modems.

21. HOT Extras (if required): a) Auto Attendant costs $15-00 per month; b) Personalised Music on Hold costs $10-00 per month.
