1. All prices indicated are including GST. 

2. It is a requirement that you pay for your modem on the due date of your first bill with us, via direct debit. 

3. It is a requirement that you use a HNG for NBN Analogue voice plans or upgrade to a NL1901ACV modem if you also want to use our Business Phones and plans. 

4. It is a requirement that you use a NL1901ACV modem with our Business Phones and plans. If you use either NF10WV or NF18ACV you may not receive technical assistance as these modems are not certified for use with our Business Phones and plans.
