  • 1. All prices quoted are excluding GST. 2. Total Minimum commitment over 24 month term is $16,798.80 (1U SHDSL), $21,598.80 (2U SHDSL), $35,998.80 (4U SHDSL), $59,998.80 (10U SHDSL). 3. Total Minimum commitment over 36 month term is $25,198.20 (1U SHDSL), $32,398.20 (2U SHDSL), $53,998.20 (4U SHDSL), $89,998.20 (10U SHDSL). 4. It is a requirement that you pay your bill on the due date via direct debit. 5. Early termination fee, if you choose to cancel your service or it is disconnected for any reason within the 24 or 36 month contract term you will be charged an early termination fee comprised of your minimum monthly commitment as per your agreement with us multiplied by the months remaining in your contract as well as a once off fee of $299 per SHDSL service. You must also provide 30 days notice to us to disconnect a service. 6. SHDSL Speeds are theoretical maximum speeds based on Telstra tests. Actual speeds may be less due to a number of factors including network configuration, line quality & length, exchange type, customer premises interference, traffic, hardware and software. 7. Unlimited usage will not attract any excess fees. 8. Static IP address provided. 9. Network Uptime guarantee of 99.95%. Rebate calculated as 1 day of service access fee credited for each hour of network downtime over and above the guaranteed level. Network downtime does not include faults in the underlying service from the exchange to the customer premises or any faults in the customers own network. Rebate must be claimed using our Standard Rebate Application Form within 3 months. Rebate will be applied as a credit against your bill. Maximum rebate available is the minimum monthly charge for the service 10. Acceptable Usage Policy Applies. 11. Pricing quoted is for services in Zone 1 exchange areas. If service falls under a zone 2 or 3 location, pricing is available on request. Zone 1 is generally within a 200km radius from a General Post Office (GPO) in an Australian Capital City. Pricing excludes services in Northern Territory (NT) and Tasmania (TAS) 12. Not available to all customers in all areas. 13. You will require a SHDSL router in order to connect your service. A router must be purchased via Telecom West by the customer to receive this SHDSL service, this is so we can load the correct configuration to the hardware. This is included as part of the cost of the router. You can choose a suitable device from our range at an additional cost. When you purchase a router from us we will support, monitor and manage the router for you.
